Section 1: Definitions and Interpretation

In this m99myr Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the m99myr website and all services offered under the domain https://m99myr.org.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses m99myr services.
• "Account" refers to the unique registration profile held by each Player on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total MYR credits available in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or benefits granted by m99myr to Players subject to certain conditions.
• "Management" refers to the entity that operates and manages the m99myr platform.

Section headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

Section 2: Eligibility and Registration

To register an account at m99myr, Players must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including full name as per identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Hold an active mobile phone number reachable in Malaysia.
• Provide a valid and active email address.
• Have never been banned or suspended by m99myr previously.

m99myr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each Player is only allowed one active account. Holding multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Section 3: Account Use

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

Players are fully responsible for keeping their login information confidential, including username and password. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account is considered the action of that Player, unless the Player has reported the misuse to m99myr support within a reasonable time.

Players are not permitted to share their account information with any other party. m99myr will not be held responsible for any losses arising from sharing or negligence in safeguarding login information.

3.2 Prohibited Use

Use of the m99myr platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:

• Any fraudulent activity, forgery or attempt to manipulate the system.
• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform without written permission.
• Attempts to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering through the platform.
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.

Section 4: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

m99myr supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Players in Malaysia. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted on this platform are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per withdrawal request.

4.3 Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is confirmed. This period may be longer depending on required security checks or external factors beyond m99myr's control.

4.4 Fraudulent Funds and Unauthorised Transactions

If there are indications that a deposit was made using an unauthorised payment method or has been disputed by a third party, m99myr reserves the right to suspend the account until the investigation is complete. Any winnings obtained using unauthorised funds will be forfeited.

Section 5: Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

m99myr offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to RM300. This bonus is calculated based on the Player's first deposit amount and is credited automatically to the account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses received through m99myr are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within the period specified for each promotion.

• The wagering total is calculated based on actual completed bets, not the account balance.
• Some game types may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — further details are available in the promotions section of the platform.
• m99myr reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Bonus Use

Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes on the m99myr platform. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.

Section 6: Betting Activity

All betting activity on the m99myr platform is conducted online and is subject to the respective game rules. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, m99myr will endeavour to settle bets based on available system records. However, m99myr is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions that are beyond the management's control.

Section 7: Intellectual Property

All content on the m99myr platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of m99myr or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from m99myr.

Section 8: Privacy and Data Security

The collection, processing, and storage of Players' personal data is carried out in accordance with the m99myr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By registering an account, Players agree to the data collection practices described in that policy.

m99myr uses SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between a Player's browser and our servers. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Section 9: Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Action by m99myr

m99myr reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Registration using false or inaccurate information.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

9.2 Closure at Player's Request

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the m99myr support team. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

The m99myr platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, m99myr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the content contained within it.

m99myr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, even if m99myr has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

In all circumstances, m99myr's maximum liability to a Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Section 11: Responsible Gambling

m99myr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. Management provides the following self-help tools to assist Players in managing their betting activity:

• Deposit limit — Players can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss limit — Players can set a loss limit for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion — Players can apply to block their own access to the platform for a specified period of time.
• Break from play — Players can request a temporary break from the platform without closing their account.
